Gaby & Ilan :: Dulany’s Overlook Wedding

The warmth of the decor and rustic location matched perfectly with Gaby and Ilan’s personalities!  They seriously have the most loving family and friends and could not stop smiling the entire day.  Their wedding at Dulany’s Overlook turned out to be the most perfect day!

The Couple

I knew when we met for our engagement session, Gaby and Ilan were going to be super fun to photograph!  They brought their dog, Sugar, for a very muddy session in a sunflower field.  I love their up for anything attitude and we had a ton of laughs throughout the session!  Despite ruining all of our shoes, we had a great time and was even more excited for the wedding day.

The Wedding

The morning of the wedding started off rainy and muddy again!  Gaby and Ilan’s positive attitude could not be deterred by the weather.  And I’m so glad because the clouds parted right before the ceremony for an absolutely glorious day!  The couple incorporated family heirlooms, like Gaby’s veil from her grandmother’s wedding in Germany!  They celebrated their wedding day with Jewish traditions and made all their guests feel welcomed and loved.  The autumn vegetables and herbs that decorated the tables were given to the guests as gifts.  I absolutely love that idea!

I am so honored Gaby and Ilan trusted me and my team (Tommy Wagner and Colleen Elizabeth) with their wedding photography.  They are a wonderful couple with amazing families and friends and I am grateful to have been a part of their love story.  Mazel Tov!
