About Port Annapolis

Located on Back Creek, off the Severn River, Port Annapolis is “absolutely nowhere near your average marina.” Indeed, this full-service marina is like a scene from a luxury yachting resort dream, including a luxurious swimming pool, poolside cafe, and 16 acres of splendid grounds with a multi-hole putting green. Located only minutes away from historic Annapolis, we keep our family boat at the marina where we enjoy time off from photographing weddings.

 

Venue Spaces

The Overlook Pavilion is the perfect venue for your wedding reception. This 2700 square foot pavilion offers a panoramic view of the waterfront and is available from May through mid-October. When open, it allows cool breezes to waft through during the hot summer days, and can also be enclosed for climate control during the colder months. The Overlook Pavilion comfortably seats up to 160 seated guests and is also handicap accessible. It is also fully equipped with electric outlets, two ceiling fans with lighting fixtures, rope lighting on the overhang, and eight additional corner lights.

Couples may exchange rings and vows on the deck, which is so well-finished, guests could walk barefoot on it. The gazebo adjoining the pavilion is ideal for relaxing by the water, hosting a bar, or for taking mesmerizing photos as the sun sets. A patio offers a lovely secondary space, and the upscale yet cozy and comfortable Bridal Suite is ideal for the wedding party to get ready before the ceremony.

 

Amenities and Other Offerings

Port Annapolis is a flexible venue that offers couples a list of caterers and vendors to choose from, and also invites outside caterers as well. Venue rental fees include setup, parking, lighting, chairs, and tables. It also includes exclusive use of the venue, so there is no press to get in or out.

Moreover, Port Annapolis is located close to the Penn and Union rail stations and the Baltimore/Washington International Airport. This makes it extremely convenient for out-of-town guests to travel to the destination for your wedding.
